Coaching and Environment

Sessions are designed by Gaz Hughes and delivered in a focused, competitive setting.

Show up on time. Be ready to train. Be ready to work.

Effort matters. Focus matters. How you support your teammates matters.

You will be challenged. You will be coached. You will be pushed to improve.

This is also a respectful environment. Mistakes are part of learning. Everyone is expected to compete hard while supporting each other and growing together.

Coach Development Component

PoCo FC is committed to developing not only our players, but our coaches.

We invite current PoCo FC coaches to attend College Ready sessions to observe, learn, and engage in shared discussion. Coaches are encouraged to:

·         Observe session structure and progression

·         Ask questions about design and intention

·         Explore how themes connect to game model principles

·         Reflect on ideas they can adapt for their own teams

By opening this environment to our coaching community, we strengthen the overall technical culture of the club. Shared learning helps ensure alignment across age groups and supports consistent, purposeful development for all players.

This program is not just about preparing players for the next level. It is also about raising standards and knowledge throughout PoCo FC.

Cost

$320
