Program Overview
10 Week Performance Program - Monday Evenings
The PoCo FC Performance Academy is for U14–U18 children who are ready for a greater challenge and want additional development alongside their regular team environment.
Training will be competitive and game realistic, with children challenged to continue developing their individual game while learning how they contribute within the team.
Children will train in age and ability-appropriate groups to provide the right level of challenge in a positive and supportive environment.

Schedule and Times
Monday Evenings
Boys U14–U18: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Girls U14–U18: 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Please note: PoCo Skills Academy sessions run from 5:00pm – 7:00pm prior to the PoCo FC Performance Academy.

About PoCo FC Academy Programs
PoCo FC Academy programs provide children with additional training opportunities alongside their regular team program.
Participation is optional and is not required for team selection or movement within the Club. Additional training can support a child's development by providing more time on the ball, more coaching and more opportunities to learn.
Children who do not participate in an Academy will continue to be supported and evaluated through their regular team environment and the Club's evaluation process.
Every child develops differently and families should choose the opportunities that are right for their child.
