Poco FC is proud to host a Female Team Officials Night bringing together women involved in coaching, team management, and leadership roles across the club.
This evening is designed to create space for connection, conversation, and support. Club staff will share key information, introduce support resources, and, most importantly, listen. We want to better understand how we can continue to support female team officials and strengthen the experience for women in leadership roles at Poco FC.
The night will include informal introductions, a meet-and-greet atmosphere, and opportunities to share feedback and ideas in a welcoming, collaborative environment.
Whether you are new to your role or have years of experience, this is an opportunity to connect with other women, build relationships within the club, and help shape how Poco FC supports and grows female leadership in the game.
