The PoCo FC Summer Performance Camp is designed for older players who are ready to be challenged in a focused training environment.

Program Overview

Delivered as a PoCo FC program in partnership with MCR Soccer Coaching, the camp connects technical development with tactical understanding to help players improve how they perform in the game.
Sessions are built around intensity, decision-making and realistic football moments. Players will continue refining their individual skills while developing a better understanding of space, movement, transition and their role within a team.
The goal is to help players train with purpose, compete with confidence and become more effective on the field.
Who It’s For
U12 to U16
This camp is ideal for players who want to improve performance levels, grow in confidence and be challenged in a structured environment. All levels are welcome and players will be grouped in a way that creates an appropriate level of challenge.

U12–U16: 1:00pm to 3:30pm

What to Expect Each Day
Each day blends technical detail with tactical learning and game-realistic challenges.
Players will take part in:
Advanced ball mastery and technical work performed at speed and under pressure
Position-specific and tactical activities linked to attacking and defending principles
1v1, 2v2, and small unit play in realistic football situations
Practices that challenge decision-making, awareness and movement in relation to teammates and space
Finishing, defending, and transition activities focused on key moments of the game
Small-sided and conditioned games that replicate match demands and encourage faster decisions
This camp is designed to stretch players in a positive way, helping them become more accountable, more tactically aware, and more comfortable solving problems within the game.

Coaching and Environment
Sessions are delivered in a structured, high-intensity environment with clear expectations and purposeful coaching. Players will be challenged to think, compete, and improve, while still being supported through feedback, learning and reflection.
The aim is not just to work hard, but to help players understand the game more deeply and perform with greater confidence and consistency.
