U4 Fall–Winter Introduction to Soccer
Timbits soccer is where the fun starts. This stage is all about helping children fall in love with the game through movement, imagination, and simple games that feel like play, not practice.
Date & Location
September - March
1379 Laurier Ave, Port Coquitlam - Minnekhada Oval
Program Overview

You’ll see lots of smiles, high fives, and “I can do it” moments as kids build confidence and coordination at their own pace. Our focus is creating a safe, welcoming environment where every child feels they belong and is encouraged to try, make mistakes, and try again.
Who It’s For
This program is for children who are under 4 years old as of December 31 of the calendar year. No prior soccer experience is needed. It’s designed for first-time players and children who are still getting comfortable in group activities and organized play.
Need an accommodation or additional support? Please contact us at timbits@pocosoccer.com and we will work with families respectfully and confidentially to reduce barriers to participation.
Parent/Guardian Role
A parent or guardian is on the field with their child. Your role is to help your child feel safe, follow along, and enjoy the session by staying close, assisting when needed, and offering gentle encouragement as they try new things. No soccer experience is required. Coaches will guide the session and show you exactly what to do.
