U4 - Parent & Tot - Winter program (5 week)
Our U4 program is a joyful first step into soccer, designed around play, movement, and imagination. Sessions focus on helping children feel comfortable on the field while building basic coordination and confidence through fun, age-appropriate activities.

Program Overview

At this age, learning happens best together. Children participate alongside a parent, guardian, or family member on the field, creating a supportive and familiar environment filled with encouragement, laughter, and shared moments. The goal is simple: smiles, movement, and a positive first soccer experience.
Who It’s For
U4 players
A parent, guardian, or family member who will participate on the field for the entire session
Important note: Families already registered in the full Fall–Winter season do not need to register again. These sessions are included in your season registration
This program is ideal for young children who are ready to explore soccer in a safe, welcoming environment. No prior experience is needed just a willingness to play and have fun.

Boys – Saturdays - 9:15am – 10:00am
January 31, February 7, February 21, February 28 - (Minnekhada Oval)
March 7 - (Gates Park Turf Field #2 – Jamboree)
Girls – Sundays - 9:15am – 10:00am
February 1, February 8, February 22, March 1 - (Minnekhada Oval)
March 8 - (Gates Park Turf Field #2 – Jamboree)

What to Expect Each Week
Sessions are built to keep children moving, engaged, and excited.
Fun arrival games that help children feel comfortable
Running, jumping, balance, and coordination activities
Simple ball time through playful dribbling and movement
Imaginative games that encourage exploration and confidence
Children learn best through play at this age, and every activity is designed with that in mind.
What to Bring
Soccer shoes or runners
Water bottle (clearly labelled)
Weather-appropriate clothing
Shin guards are optional at this age.
Cost
$75 for 5 weeks
Coaching and Environment
U4 sessions are delivered in a safe, positive, and encouraging environment. Coaches use simple language, lots of praise, and playful activities to help every child feel included and supported.
Our focus is on creating a space where children feel happy, confident, and excited to come back each week.
