A one-day Pro-D Day training camp delivered by MCR Soccer Coaching in collaboration with PoCo FC. This camp offers a focused, game-real training experience designed to challenge players, sharpen technical quality, and deepen game understanding in a fun and engaging environment.
Sessions follow a structured plan that blends technical work, decision-making, and competitive play.

U8 - U16
Boys and Girls welcome
This camp is club-neutral and open to all players, regardless of current club affiliation. It is designed for players who enjoy being challenged and want to continue developing strong habits, confidence, and decision-making on the ball.
Schedule and Times
February 27, 2026
U8–U11: 9:30am to 12:00pm
U12–U16: 1:00pm to 3:30pm
Scheduling note: Groups may be adjusted to create the best training environment, and only appropriate ages will be grouped together.

What to Expect
Players will train through a structured session that combines individual skill development with game-based learning.
Ball mastery activities to improve touch, control, and confidence
Technical training focused on strong habits and “brilliant basics”
1v1 attacking and defending moments to build competitiveness
Game understanding and tactical awareness, both individually and as part of a team
Finishing and defending activities in realistic game situations
Small-sided games such as 3v3, attack vs defence, World Cup games, and 8v8 play
Sessions are designed to be active, challenging, and engaging while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

Shin guards
Water bottle (name clearly labelled)

Coaching and Environment
Training is delivered by MCR Soccer Coaching, led by UEFA A–licensed coach and session designer Gaz Hughes.
Sessions are organized, purposeful, and coached in ways that encourage confidence, decision-making, and enjoyment of the game.
MCR maintains a club-neutral training environment.
