Program Overview

SAQ is a fun, high-energy program built to help players move better on the soccer field. We work on speed, agility, balance, coordination, and quick reactions in ways that show up in real games. Players will learn how to start faster, stop under control, change direction with confidence, and move more efficiently as they grow.

Who It’s For

  • U8 - U18

This program is a great fit for players who want to feel quicker, more coordinated, and more confident in their movement. Sessions are designed to meet players where they are, with progressions that create the right level of challenge and lots of chances to improve through repetition.

Schedule and Times

All sessions run on Wednesday evenings.

  • U8 to U10 - 5:00pm to 5:55pm

  • U11 to U14 - 6:00pm to 6:55pm

  • U15 to U18 - 7:00pm to 7:55pm

Scheduling note: Times may change based on registration numbers. Some age groups may be combined to create the best training environment, and only appropriate ages will be grouped together.
