Program Overview

Our U8 to U10 Spring Academy runs for 8 weeks and is aligned with Canada Soccer Grassroots Standards, supporting players in the FUNdamentals stage of development. Sessions focus on individual skill development and game-based learning, delivered through small-sided play that encourages decision-making, creativity, and confidence on the ball.
Who It’s For
U8 - U10
This program is designed for players who want to keep learning, stay active, and enjoy the game in a positive training environment. Players are grouped in a way that supports appropriate challenge and lots of meaningful repetition, allowing them to develop at a pace that makes sense for them.
Schedule and Times
All sessions run on Monday evenings.
U8 and U9: 5:00pm to 5:55pm
U10: 6:00pm to 6:55pm
Scheduling note: Times may change based on registration numbers. Some age groups may be combined to create the best training environment, and only appropriate ages will be grouped together.

Please arrive a few minutes early so players can be ready to start on time.
What to Expect Each Week
Players will develop through small-sided games and purposeful activities that keep learning fun and meaningful.
Lots of touches and repetition with the ball
Individual skill work that shows up in real game moments
Game situations that help players learn what to do, not just what to practice
A supportive environment where players can try things, make mistakes, and improve each week
What to Bring
Soccer boots or turf boots
Shin guards
Water bottle (name clearly labelled)
Weather-appropriate clothing
Cost
$180 (t-shirt included)
T-shirt size is selected during registration.
Coaching and Environment
Spring Academy sessions are organized, active, and delivered in a way that keeps the experience welcoming and encouraging. Coaches use clear instruction, positive feedback, and game-like learning to help players build confidence and improve week to week.
How Registration Works
Spring Academy registration will close on April 6, 2026.
Late registrations are welcome if space allows. If you join after the program starts, fees stay the same.
