Program Overview

The session aligns with Children’s Diploma and Safe Sport principles, helping coaches understand how communication, feedback, and behaviour on game day directly impact a child’s experience and development.


What Coaches Will Learn

Coaches will explore:

  • Age-appropriate game-day communication

  • Providing feedback that supports confidence and learning

  • Managing emotions and pressure in game environments

  • Creating inclusive, supportive experiences for all players

  • Supporting long-term development over short-term outcomes

  • U8–U12 Coaches

  • U13–U18 Coaches

  • 7:00–8:00pm (U13–U18)
