Program Overview

If your child wants more confidence receiving and shooting, this program is for them. We focus on first touch, finishing, and the small habits that help players create space, get shots off quicker, and score more often. Training is positive, supportive, and designed to help players improve each week.
Who It’s For
U8 to U10
U11 to U14
U15 to U18
This program is a great fit for players who want to improve their first touch, become more comfortable shooting in different situations, and build confidence in front of goal. Players will be grouped in a way that supports learning, confidence, and appropriate challenge.
Schedule and Times
All sessions run on Thursday evenings.
U8 to U10 - 5:00pm to 5:55pm
U11 to U14 - 6:00pm to 6:55pm
U15 to U18 - 7:00pm to 7:55pm
Scheduling note: Times may change based on registration numbers. Some age groups may be combined to create the best training environment, and only appropriate ages will be grouped together.

Please arrive a few minutes early so players can be ready to start on time.
What to Expect Each Week
Players will get lots of repetition in realistic situations, with coaching that helps them problem-solve and improve.
First touch to keep the ball close or push into space
Receiving under pressure including body shape and scanning
Shooting technique including finishing on the move
Quick shooting actions so players can set, strike, and finish faster
Confidence to try things, learn from mistakes, and keep improving
What to Bring
Water bottle (name clearly labelled)
Shin guards recommended
Weather-appropriate clothing
Soccer boots or turf boots

$175
Coaching and Environment
This program is coached in a way that keeps the experience welcoming and encouraging. We use positive language, celebrate effort, and help players build confidence through repetition, learning, and trying again.
How Registration Works
Late registrations are welcome if space allows. If you join after the program starts, fees stay the same.
