Job Opportunity: PoCo FC Head Coach

POCO FC is seeking a passionate and motivated Head Coach to lead one of our youth teams (U14-U18) for the upcoming season.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions and lead matchday activities in line with the POCO FC Game Model, Playing Philosophy and Long-Term Player Development approach.

We are looking for a coach who brings energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to every session, while creating a positive environment where players can develop confidence, technical ability, decision-making and a love for the game.

Ideal Candidate:

●     Canadian B Licence or working towards completion. Will consider a C license.

●     Previous youth coaching experience

●     Strong communication skills

●     Positive, reliable and professional

●     Player-centred approach

●     Available for weekly training, games and club events

Expectations:

●     Two x Training sessions per week.

●     One x Matchday at the weekend.

●     Additional hours will be available for the right candidate.

The role will involve planning and delivering sessions, supporting individual player development, communicating with families and working closely with POCO FC Technical Director.

This is a paid position - Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
