Volunteer Opportunity: Assistant Coach - U15 Boys Div 2

Port Coquitlam FC is looking for a volunteer Assistant Coach to support our U15 Boys

Division 2 team for the upcoming season.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys soccer, wants to give back to the

community and is interested in helping young players grow through the game. We are

looking for someone who can bring a positive attitude, support the head coach and help

create a strong team environment where players feel encouraged, challenged and

supported.

The ideal person does not need to have all the answers, but should be reliable,

approachable and willing to learn. This role would be a good fit for someone who enjoys

working with youth players and understands the value that sport can have in building

confidence, commitment, teamwork and friendships.

Role may include:

• Supporting training sessions and match days

• Helping with organization and player engagement

• Encouraging a positive and respectful team culture

• Working alongside the head coach and club technical staff

• Being a positive role model for the players

This is a volunteer role, but it is an important one. These boys are at a great age in their

soccer journey, and the right assistant coach can make a meaningful impact.
